SavoirClair offers a full, unconditional money-back guarantee on all paid products. Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your purchase price in full.

We won't ask you to justify your decision. We won't ask what went wrong. We won't make the process difficult.

A refund request is not a failure on your part. It means the product was not right for you at this moment — and the right response to that is to return your money, not to defend our product.

How To Request A Refund

Please email [email protected] with:

  • the email address you used to purchase

  • the date of purchase (or your order confirmation, if you have it)

That is all we need. We'll process your refund within 5 business days and confirm by email when it is done.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method — PayPal or card, depending on how you paid. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Digital Products & Delivery

SavoirClair's paid digital products are delivered by download immediately after purchase. Because they are delivered digitally, you'll have access from the moment your payment is confirmed.

We draw your attention to this because some jurisdictions provide a statutory right to cancel digital purchases within a cooling-off period, which may not apply once the product has been made available for download. Our unconditional 30-day guarantee is more generous than the statutory position in most jurisdictions — and it applies regardless.

A Note on Payment Processing

Payments are processed by PayPal (and from mid-2026, Stripe). SavoirClair does not store your payment card details. Refunds are processed through the same payment channel as the original purchase.
